It ensures smooth orchestration and management of legacy system integration, allowing airlines to operate in a digital landscape while maintaining interoperability with traditional systems and processes.

Key product components and features:

• Offer Transition: Integrates offer requests from direct channels with legacy systems and enhances offer responses with detailed product and service breakdowns, including prorated values, tax breakdowns, and settlement information based on predefined rules. Processes requests like shop, re-shop, pricing, service lists, and seat map displays.
• Order Transition – PSS: Facilitates interactions between Order Management Systems (OMS) and Passenger Service Systems (PSS) by synchronizing Orders with PNRs, handling electronic ticketing (ETKT), and electronic miscellaneous documents (EMD) using standard formats like EDIFACT, XML, and APIs. Provides logs and statistics for all exchanged messages between OMS and PSS.
• Legacy GDS Transition: Enables the integration of legacy GDS processes and messages into iRetail, managing availability, seat maps, and service requests and synchronizing PNRs with Orders by processing sell messages and teletype bookings.
• Legacy Interline Transition: Supports legacy interline operations by managing availability, service, and sell requests and updating Orders with interline e-ticketing and EMDs.
• Legacy Codeshare Transition: Handles availability messages, seat maps, and service requests based on codeshare agreements for Offer and Order processing, supporting operating and marketing carrier sales using industry-standard messages for interline e-ticketing and EMDs.
• Order – Legacy DCS Transition: Facilitates the exchange of schedule, passenger, aircraft movement, and delivery status information with third-party Departure Control Systems (DCS) through standard and custom message formats.
• Order – Revenue Accounting Transition: Automates daily sales and revenue reporting to accounting systems based on Order status changes for transactions associated with e-tickets and EMDs.
• Virtual RBD: Supports dynamic seat availability and pricing based on a Virtual Reservation Booking Designator (RBD) engine, enabling seamless interaction with GDSs, interline partners, and native shopping engines.
