Connect real-time data from IoT and sensor technology and enable data-driven and sustainable facilities operations.
Our smart building software, Senslinc, connects real-time asset and occupancy data from sensors to inform facilities and maintenance management and provides insight into asset performance, all coupled with AI-driven trend analysis to support intelligent, predictive maintenance.
Monitoring and predictive maintenance Senslinc takes sensor data and uses AI to find abnormal patterns of asset behaviour which could signify sub-optimal running conditions. External data sources can be connected to the platform, such as a weather forecast, to further optimise predictive maintenance. Machine learning is employed to continually improve the system’s analysis and predictions. Senslinc delivers the insight to ensure that maintenance is only performed when it is most needed, in turn delivering financial savings, reduced asset downtime and energy efficient performance.
AI assistants for your technicians Senslinc’s generative AI chat bot, Ilean, brings static, text-heavy operation and maintenance manuals to life. Technicians can write or speak to Ilean in any language on the mobile app, which will reply with helpful, suggested instructions – drastically reducing the time spent on repairs of unfamiliar assets. We call it the technician’s best friend, empowering maintenance teams to stay at the forefront of technological advancements, enabling them to tackle any challenge with confidence and precision.
Reduce energy and water consumption By using smart energy meters, energy consumption can be monitored and analysed in real time via Senslinc, filtered by building, floor, room or workspace. Using AI technology, Senslinc can identify patterns and suggest ways to reduce consumption, such as controlling appliances at times of lower demand or reduced occupancy. By combining IoT and AI, buildings can become more intelligent and adaptive, leading to a significant reduction in energy consumption, utilities costs and environmental impact.
Improve occupant comfort Understand how your building is truly being used by tracking occupancy; manage comfort through temperature, humidity and indoor air quality readings, and reduce energy consumption when spaces are not being used. Data from Senslinc can be used with QFM CAFM software to improve the efficiency of FM services and ensure compliance, for example by tailoring cleaning schedules in line with usage, or alerting an engineer if CO2 levels exceed limits.
