Overview

Coverflex is a digital compensation platform that bundles flexible benefits, meal cards and insurance into a single Wallet and management interface. Employers can allocate and configure benefits, migrate or offer health insurance, and issue a Visa-network card and app for employees to pay or reimburse healthcare and other eligible expenses — with tax optimisation benefits built into the flow. The service is fully self-service and focuses on reducing paperwork and increasing employee choice and engagement.

  • Platform & Wallet: The Wallet centralises benefits (meal allowance, childcare, gym, education, discounts) and lets employees view balances and spend via app or card; employers top up and configure rules.
  • Insurance Management: Integration of health insurance into the Wallet — companies can migrate existing policies or create new group covers and manage policies in the Insurance tab (policy docs, insured amounts, family additions).
