Product details

iD Cloud Web offers a comprehensive overview of inventory counts performed using the iD Cloud App, highlighting discrepancies between ERP data and actual store stock. This web-based solution, accessible via any browser, provides instant insights into stock accuracy, store compliance, and stock levels, empowering retailers to optimize replenishment processes and implement omnichannel strategies. It processes event-level RFID data, which traditional ERP systems struggle with, by acting as middleware to control readers and filter data. Key features include a single overview of all store counts, count control dashboards for managers, and detailed difference lists that can be adjusted and fed back to the ERP system. iD Cloud Web also supports stock location analysis, omnichannel enablement (ship-from-store, BOPIS, BORIS), refill monitoring for on-shelf availability, shipment receiving analysis, manual ERP stock import, QR code registration for app onboarding, and single sign-on (SSO) for secure and efficient access. The 'Request for approval' functionality allows for a more controlled approval process of difference lists by HQ or area managers.

Features & Benefits

  • Difference List: Highlights discrepancies between ERP stock and actual store counts, allowing for sorting, filtering, adjustment, and approval before updating the ERP.
