Big Health A pharma company and its subsidiary used our integrated SaaS HR management system. This was a new deployment in its private cloud, to ensure that the two companies run their systems independently. It was challenging as their work sites were in Chongqing, Shanghai, Tibet, and several other locations in China, and there were a large number of salespersons with high turnover. While with Caidao, the company was able to calculate salaries, manage the complicated onboarding & offboarding and procedures and achieve flexible attendance check. It simplified the offline paper-based operating procedures for HR and all other departments, reducing the repetitive administrative tasks for HR while enhancing their efficiency. Retail A big retailer was facing challenges including complex organizational hierarchy, large employee group in scattered locations with high turnover, poor attendance management, complicated salary calculation, etc. In response, the solutions we offered provided flexible organizational structure open to adjustment, process-based management for personnel onboarding, transfer and offboarding, and digital solutions for capturing multiple attendance data. Additionally, we helped the company realize flexible employee shift arrangement, and synchronous update of attendance check and salary calculation.
