Additionally, users can push individual Planhat Planned Activities of type 'Event' back to Google Calendar by selecting the "Save to Google Calendar" option during event creation.

The integration intelligently identifies customer meetings by checking if event invitees are already present as contacts in Planhat, matched by email. If a contact does not exist but their email domain is professional and aligns with an existing company's domain, Planhat can automatically create a new contact and save the event. Any Planhat user can connect their Google Calendar individually through their profile's Calendar tab, with detailed instructions available in the Help Center.
