Geographic Assessor is ERI’s web-based tool that calculates geographic salary and cost-of-living differentials across over 9,000 locations worldwide. It enables HR teams to benchmark branch office salaries, adjust for cost-of-living differences, and analyze minimum wage trends—all via intuitive, online comparison lists and exportable data.

• **Cost‑of‑Labor & Cost‑of‑Living Tools: **Build lists of up to 1,000 locations and 40 salary levels or grade midpoints to compare geographic cost differentials.
• View results as percentages, pay differentials, or actual salaries; supports output in PDF or Excel format.
• **Minimum Wage & Compliance: **Tracks current and projected minimum wages across the US and Canada (states, cities, counties) with real-time update alerts.
• Includes state and local pay-transparency rules exportable for compliance reporting.
