FullEnrich is an integration designed to enhance contact information within the Planhat platform. It allows users to enrich contacts with essential details such as phone numbers and email addresses, either on-demand or through automated workflows. The integration can be configured to trigger enrichment processes when contacts are created or updated, writing the enriched data back into Planhat. Setup is facilitated by Planhat's Technical Account Managers (TAMs) or Customer Success Managers (CSMs) using an API key and adding a step to custom automations.
