Jobs can be updated on the go (including with images) leading to improved data accuracy, and the system automatically time and date stamps work start and completion to improve performance reporting.  Operatives can also use their mobile to scan bar codes and QR codes to access outstanding asset and service requests or history. 

Checklists and forms Custom forms can be created for the QFM app to support a wide variety of tasks, such as asset inspections, building condition reports and customer satisfaction surveys.
