Efficient, effective work allocation QFM intelligently assigns jobs to the most appropriate operative based on skills, location and capacity and then instantly despatches detailed work orders to their mobile device. Jobs can be updated on the go (including with images) leading to improved data accuracy, and the system automatically time and date stamps work start and completion to improve performance reporting.  Operatives can also use their mobile to scan bar codes and QR codes to access outstanding asset and service requests or history. 

Checklists and forms Custom forms can be created for the QFM app to support a wide variety of tasks, such as asset inspections, building condition reports and customer satisfaction surveys. Photographs and other attachments can also be uploaded to provide an accurate picture of asset and building condition. Forms can also be used to improve FM safety, such as requiring acceptance of a health and safety form or risk assessment.

Easy on-site auditing The QFM app is the ideal way to undertake audits, such as to inspect rooms, service levels and job quality. Custom audits forms created on QFM can be scheduled and undertaken by an operative via mobile, answering questions and attaching photographic evidence as required. Should an area be unavailable, the inspection can be easily rescheduled. Proof of presence checks can be implemented such as barcode scanning when accessing rooms.

Mobile parts and stock management As well as having full access to work orders, maintenance history and the ability to update work progress, operatives can request spare parts or consumables like cleaning products via the app, minimising service delays.
