Receipt Box Stop storing physical receipts for claims and declutter your phone’s photo gallery from receipts. Our advanced Receipt Box lets you store receipts in just a few easy taps. Receipt Tags Use our Receipt Tag tool to add accounting-related details and comments on the receipts stored in the Receipt Box instead of writing details on the receipt. Email forward Turn emails into receipts by forwarding them to us. All receipts emailed to us automatically appear in your Receipt Box. Auto-Merge Receipts Gorilla Expense automatically links the receipts with the imported corporate credit card charges. Expense Policies Digitize your spending rules and approval processes, establish expense policy limits when certain expense types surpass a certain spend limit Receipt Policies Limit large expenses with transaction-level limitations and enforce records depending on spends. Approval Limits Dynamically add additional layers of approval for expenses and reports that surpass a predetermined threshold. Multi-level Approvals Configure one or multiple levels of approval based on the user’s role, project, expense type, and amount. Job-based Approvals Configure the system so that each expense report line can be routed to the appropriate Job Manager for approval. Flag Violations during Approvals Show expense policy limit violations, potential duplicate warnings and receipt mismatch warnings at the time of approval. Coding

Split Expense A single expense can be split into multiple expenses by users. Expenses can be divided in two ways: by amount or by percentage. Code to Dimension Code to one or more Dimension as per your business rules. Using one or more dimensions, the system will let you define parent-child relationships. Code to Job Code to Jobs/Tasks synced from your ERP system in real-time. Multiple Currencies Users can choose from over 140 different currencies.
