SysTools Exchange BKF to PST Converter is designed to recover and export data from corrupt or inaccessible Exchange backup files (.bkf) into usable PST files that can be opened in Microsoft Outlook. It addresses the challenge of restoring Exchange backups when the NTBackup utility fails. The software allows users to convert all items, including emails, contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes, from Exchange mailboxes within the BKF file. It supports batch conversion of 300+ mailboxes at once without file size limitations, creating a single UNICODE PST file for each mailbox. The tool offers two recovery modes: Quick Scan and Advance Scan, to handle varying degrees of file corruption. It can recover both Exchange Private (Priv.edb) and Public Store (Pub.edb) databases. Users can preview the scanned BKF file and selectively export mailboxes to PST. The software saves the scanned file in the backend, allowing users to resume the conversion process later.
