Making a plan

Our first step is to fully understand your unique needs. We'll start with a discovery call to outline the process, discuss timelines, and address any questions you may have. This ensures we’re aligned from the beginning and ready to support you every step of the way.

PC Check and Migration

As part of the onboarding process, we’ll conduct a simple compatibility check on your computers. If you’re purchasing new equipment, we’ll go over system requirements with you. If you’re using existing equipment, we’ll guide you through a quick system check. Data conversion is a key aspect of onboarding, and our careful, step-by-step process ensures everything goes smoothly. A member of our migration team will connect to your server to export your data, which we’ll then use to run a test trial. Afterward, we’ll schedule a Trial Review with your team and our Customer Success Consultant to verify that the data is accurate. Once confirmed, we’ll finalise a date for the full transfer, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.

Installing the software

Our team will remotely install EXACT into your practice, add your Examine Pro imaging software and any value-added products. We can then configure the software to your practice, based on the information you will be asked to provide.

Staff training

Training is available both remotely and on-site, ensuring flexibility for your team. During the full training, your team will participate in hands-on sessions to build a solid understanding and confidence in using all aspects of the system. To help prepare for this, we invite your practice team to explore our e-learning platform before the full training begins, giving them a head start in mastering the system.

Go live

After you go live, you’ll enter our post-training support program, where a dedicated support specialist will work with you to schedule a series of calls focused on advanced training in EXACT, aligned with your specific business goals. Once this program is completed, you’ll be assigned a Customer Success Consultant who will partner with you on your ongoing journey to help your practice reach its full potential. And whenever you need additional assistance, our support agents and the EXACT help centre are always available.
