The platform supports integration with over 19 major content providers, including OverDrive, Hoopla, Baker & Taylor, and Mackin, and is compatible with SirsiDynix Symphony and Horizon ILS systems. eRC automates the synchronization of purchased and removed titles, provides real-time availability, and allows staff to manage vendor accounts and collections from a unified admin tool.
