The Equifax Family & Friends plan provides the full benefits of Equifax’s consumer Credit Report & Score service for up to three UK adults under a single subscription. It offers daily credit score updates, credit-report alerts, identity-protection monitoring tools (WebDetect and SocialScan), guidance and a rewards benefit for the primary account holder. The plan is designed to help households, couples, parents and adult children monitor credit health, receive fraud notifications and access historical reports and tips to improve financial wellbeing.

• Coverage & Pricing: The plan covers up to three UK adults on one subscription; advertised price and trial terms include a 30-day free trial, then a monthly fee.
• Credit Score & Reports: Unlimited online access to Equifax credit reports and credit scores, with a traffic-light style report view and historical score tracking.
• Score Refresh Frequency: Credit score updates are provided daily when signed in.
• Alerts & Monitoring: Customisable credit-report alerts for changes to the file; daily notifications for significant changes.
• Identity Protection — WebDetect: Automated web monitoring that searches websites commonly used by fraudsters for your monitored personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, bank accounts, driving licence, and NI number.
• SocialScan: Automated scans across social media to surface potential identity-risk items and assess exposure to fraud on social platforms.
• User Management: Main account holder can add and manage up to two additional adult users (eligibility: over 18 and UK resident).
