Business information reports cover customer order history, aging balances, and open securities.

The Premium module adds eComConnector PREMIUM 10GB, Knowledge Base and Document Management, advanced ordering using templates, improved warehouse balance definitions, and enforcement of commercial policies and credit controls. It also includes CRM features (Complaints, Contract, Training Management) and Service Management (RMA, customer service status, help desk).
