Overview

Heimdal Email Fraud Prevention is a specialized module within Heimdal’s Email Security suite designed to detect and thwart business email compromise (BEC), CEO impersonation, phishing, invoice fraud, and other fraudulent email schemes. It inspects incoming messages using over 125 analysis vectors combined with real‑time threat intelligence to spot anomalies such as altered language, suspicious attachments or links, timing deviations, and forged header data. Once fraud is detected, emails can be quarantined, rejected, tagged, or allowed through based on customizable policies. All functionality is managed through a unified Heimdal dashboard, enabling centralized visibility, reporting, and management across domains and user accounts.
