Elecard Video Quality Estimator is a video quality measurement tool designed to compare the quality of encoded streams based on objective metrics such as PSNR, APSNR, SSIM, DELTA, MSE, MSAD, VQM, NQI, VMAF, and VMAF phone, VIF. It allows users to visually compare frames or separate blocks of the stream, optimizing encoder performance by analyzing the quality of encoded video against referenced RAW streams.
