Elecard AVC PlugIn is a package of components designed for receiving media data from the network (RTP, UDP packets, receiving streaming from RTSP server) and playback of streams and files. The PlugIn allows decoding of AVC/H.264 (MPEG-4 P.10 ISO/IEC 14496-10) video, MPEG and AAC audio received from the network or read from local media storage. It supports AVC/H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10) high-definition video and MPEG Layer I, II, III, AAC, HE-AAC audio. Widely used to receive live and VoD streaming with the help of built-in Elecard network components. Supports only 64-bit version of Windows OS.
