Electronic Incident Command System (eICS) is Juvare’s scalable emergency management solution designed to help healthcare facilities plan for, respond to, and recover from incidents of any magnitude. Used by more than 1,000 healthcare facilities, it enables building incident templates, assigning positions, and sharing documents in advance, ensuring clear roles and organized responses when emergencies arise. Developed around standards such as the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the National Response Framework (NRF), and the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS), eICS coordinates incident response securely from anywhere, at any time.

eICS provides a structured approach across three core phases: Plan, Respond, and Recover. In Plan, teams can adapt predefined action plans and guides, share and version documents, and pre-identify ICS positions and depth charts. In Respond, integrated web and mobile access allows ongoing review and management of incident details through a unified dashboard, automatic alerts, status updates, and an activity log. In Recover, it supports post-incident evaluation with improvement plans, task tracking, auto-population of HICS forms, and after-action reporting.
