Diverse File Management Capabilities

Drive and Photo Service allows you to store and manage important enterprise files in a centralized manner. You can add, delete, modify, and search for files in a variety of formats. You can manage the files in the same way as you do on local computers. This implements non-differentiated management of local and cloud files. Centralized Storage Drive and Photo Service provides a series of file management capabilities that allow you to upload and download files, create new files and folders, move, copy, delete, and sort files, add files to favorites, and add comments to files. Online Preview Drive and Photo Service supports online preview for more than a dozen file formats (such as documents, images, audio, and videos). File Retrieval Drive and Photo Service allows you to search for files using conditions (such as the file name, type, and content). It also allows you to sort files in a variety of ways to find the files you want easily. Recycle Bin Drive and Photo Service provides the recycle bin feature that retains deleted files for 90 days by default. After 90 days, the files are cleared automatically.

Rich File Transfer Capabilities

Drive and Photo Service supports fast file synchronization across network environments (such as the Internet and internal network). It allows you to manage the transfer status of files based on the network conditions and share files among different groups without downloading or transferring. Instant File Upload If you upload a file that has been uploaded to Drive and Photo Service by another user, the upload is complete instantly. Resumable Upload If a file fails to be uploaded due to a network or computer error, you can resume the upload from the position where the previous upload is interrupted. Easy Share Drive and Photo Service allows you to share files in the same organization or share files with external users over the Internet. Transfer Status Management Drive and Photo Service provides abundant transfer status management features (such as batch upload, folder upload, transfer suspension, and cancellation).

Based on the underlying storage of Alibaba Cloud, Drive and Photo Service provides enterprise-class security protection. It is equipped with flexible and multi-dimensional permission logic and allows you to trace historical operations. Drive and Photo Service promises an SLA of 99.9% availability and 99.999999999999% (12 nines) durability. Log Audit Drive and Photo Service records the trails of user operations and allows you to query and export logs online. Encryption Protection Drive and Photo Service provides enterprise-class multi-level security protection based on the underlying storage of Alibaba Cloud. It supports encrypted transfer, encrypted storage, and multiple authentication modes. Multi-Level Administrator System Drive and Photo Service supports super administrators, drive administrators, and team administrators to implement hierarchical management based on different job roles in enterprises. Team Management Drive and Photo Service allows you to manage a team based on its organizational structure. You can add, delete, and view the team space quota and manage team members.
