The "Documents" module is an integral part of the VeiligWerk | SafetyFirst safety management platform, designed to facilitate the creation, distribution, and management of various safety-related documents. This module supports the publication of different types of documents, such as instructions, manuals, and safety data sheets, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available to users. Documents can be created using an editor or uploaded as PDFs, and they can be sent to specific user groups for reading and registration.

• Document Creation: Users can create documents using an editor that allows the inclusion of text, images, and videos. The editor supports templates with customizable layouts.
• PDF Upload: Existing documents can be uploaded as PDFs and published on the website and in the app.
• User Group Distribution: Documents can be sent to specific user groups, who are then asked to read the document, answer any knowledge questions, and register it.
• Meeting Linkage: Documents can be linked to meetings for further explanation, such as during toolbox meetings.
• Instructions Module: For high-risk work, the Instructions module provides precise instructions that must be approved by several readers before being sent out.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Users can check in at the start of the work and must check out within the agreed time. Instructors receive a message if users do not check out on time.
