Predictive delivery dates that drive conversion
Show customers exactly when their order will arrive, before they even click “buy.” Rithum’s delivery forecasting uses AI-powered modeling to give your customers accurate delivery dates at checkout, improving buyer trust and boosting conversion rates.
Dynamic delivery estimates
Get dynamically adjusted estimates based on item type, location, warehouse availability, and even the day of the week. Your customers get accurate, personalized delivery dates.
Smart fulfillment modeling
Delivery date prediction runs on two models that are tailored to every order:
- Processing time: Forecasted at the supplier and warehouse level using historical performance, recent trends, fill rates, and backlog data.
- Transit time: Estimated using a generic model trained on aggregated carrier data across retailers, factoring in real-time weather conditions.
Retailer-controlled buffers for custom scenarios
Processing and transit time buffers help you adjust for seasonal peaks, special handling, and more. These buffers can be applied at the order level or more broadly, giving you flexibility without sacrificing accuracy.
Flexible API integration across fulfillment models
Display accurate delivery dates on product detail pages (PDP) and during checkout, with the ability to configure how and where it’s shown, without heavy technical lift. Rithum’s API supports:
- Owned inventory (1P)
- Dropship and marketplace orders (3P)
- Parcel and LTL shipping methods
How it works
Choose inventory scope
Decide whether to show delivery dates for unowned inventory, owned inventory, or both.
Connect to the API
Integrate with our API, which returns a predicted delivery date based on destination ZIP code, ship method, supplier and warehouse info, and optional ship-from and ship-date inputs.
Provide fulfillment context (owned vs. unowned)
For unowned inventory, we already track supplier and carrier performance (just connect via API). For first-party inventory, you’ll need to provide ship-from location and ship date, and then we’ll calculate transit time.
