Create a read-only copy of your database to use additional reporting tools of your choice.
Tools for reporting, pattern recognition, trend processing, aggregation and another data-heavy usage, require different and more immediate access to your data than what is available through our regular online web service APIs. Standard apps in the App Store that offer dashboards, reports, and business intelligence capabilities, use this mirroring capability combined with their own offering.

The Database Mirroring Service creates a read-only copy of your database and lets you store this at a chosen address/location where you can get easy access to it. The Database Mirroring Service will also keep this database continuously updated by submitting incremental changes in a predefined time interval (approx. every 20 minutes as of September 2019).
The mirror is a read-only copy designed for this purpose (it cannot be used to run local SuperOffice clients or act as an offline version of your installation).
Subscribing to Database Mirroring Service lets you create as many copies of your database as you require if you should need more than one copy of your database. The copy of your database resides at a location chosen and managed by you or your partner on your behalf.
Features
- The mirror is updated at 20 minutes intervals (depending on other tasks running on your tenant in CRM Online).
- Tables containing sensitive data are not mirrored.
- Resides in whatever environment you choose to use (approved by the customer).
- Is managed by you directly or via the partner you collaborate with in the developer portal.
- With the mirror, you can install stored procedures, indexes, run queries, and similar with the BI tools of your choice.
