Six-facet surveys The Condition Assessment module allows organisations to define structured six-facet surveys to record the condition and effectiveness of their property portfolio. The nature of condition assessment data gathered can differ from sector to sector or even between different organisations in the same sector due to specific features of their property portfolio. For this reason, the module gives the user complete control over the data points that are collected. Data points can be grouped, categorised and tagged at a site, building, floor or even room level allowing for varying requirements of granularity.
Importing and exporting surveys The module allows for survey data to be entered directly into the system through the web interface. However most six-facet surveys are undertaken by external contractors and surveying companies therefore; to facilitate this, the module allows pre-defined survey questionnaires per property asset, to be exported to Excel spreadsheets. The external vendors can complete and then re-import the assessment data back into the system.
Managing backlog and change The module is designed to meet standard industry requirements for condition assessment including the specific requirements of the NHS meeting the “Managing Back Log and Change” methodology. This includes the ability to rank each data item according to ‘consequence’ and ‘likelihood of failure’. Predicted costs may also be defined as immediate spend or spread across a number of years using the convenient pro-rata interface.
