Overview

Colligo Email Manager for Microsoft 365 is an Outlook add‑in that enables users to file emails and attachments directly to SharePoint Online, Teams, or OneDrive—without switching apps. It supports both manual and scheduled auto‑filing, applies metadata and retention labels automatically, and allows browsing, searching, and sharing SharePoint content from within Outlook. By storing emails in a central repository, organizations improve governance, compliance, knowledge management, and Microsoft 365 adoption while minimizing risk and improving data quality.

  • **Filing Options: **File single emails or in bulk (up to 20 at once or via automated daily/weekly/monthly schedules), support drag‑and‑drop filing, send‑and‑file workflows, configure default actions to move or copy, and pin favourite locations—all with smart conflict resolution to prevent duplicates.
  • **Intelligent Classification: **Automatically extract metadata (e.g. to, from, subject, send date) and/or allow manual entry of custom fields. Hide non‑required fields, support managed metadata taxonomies and person/group metadata, plus suggest filing locations to users based on context.
