Cloud Archive by DTiQ is a cloud-based video archival solution that saves important surveillance footage off-site so recordings remain accessible even if local NVRs fail or are tampered with. It lets users create archive requests from web or mobile, choose export formats, dewarp 360° footage, manage retention, download, edit, and securely share clips or multi-angle incident packets—reducing travel time for footage retrieval and protecting businesses from fraudulent claims. The solution is designed for industries such as quick-service restaurants, retail, and convenience stores.

• Core capability: Cloud archival & retrieval: Store recorded video off-site and retrieve historical footage by location and date with a searchable archive.
• Export formats: MP4 and DTiQ formats: Export standard MP4 files (widely playable, no audio in some cases) or DTiQ’s proprietary format, which supports audio playback in the DTiQ player.
• Request workflow: Create & manage archive requests: Create new Cloud Archive entries via the dashboard or directly from the live video panel; select location, cameras, time range, and provide a name and description for each request.
• Processing & status: Processing visibility & retention controls: View processing status in the Cloud Archive dashboard; archived events persist until explicitly deleted by the user.
• 360° camera support: Dewarping options: For 360° cameras, choose No Dewarping, Edge Flattening, or Panorama during export to achieve the preferred viewing format.
• Sharing & security: Secure share links & privacy flags: Enable “Share when completed,” set link expiration, add messages and recipients, restrict access with privacy settings, and opt for email notifications upon viewing.
