The Clay integration for Planhat allows users to enrich company and contact information directly within their Planhat workspace. This is achieved through flexible "if-this, then-that" automation flows. By activating the integration with an API key and incorporating a webhook step into custom automations, users can send records to Clay for enrichment and then write the enriched data back to Planhat. These automations can be triggered on-demand or run automatically. Additionally, Clay can initiate automations to send new data into Planhat, and vice versa. Setup is managed by a Planhat TAM, with guidance provided to the customer.
