• Issuance & Workflow: The platform enables autonomous, end-to-end digital issuance of childcare vouchers from the Wallet—employers or authorised managers create vouchers, employees can request/receive them via the app, and invoices/payments are tracked in the private area.
• Tax & Compliance: Childcare vouchers are handled under Portuguese regulations (DL 26/99); vouchers are exempt from IRS and Social Security for employees and give companies a 40% cost uplift for corporate tax purposes, with no maximum, when processed correctly.

• Speed & UX: Coverflex advertises a streamlined UX — vouchers can be issued in under 3 minutes via the platform; the employee mobile app allows selection of child, school and amount, and shows invoices/receipts.
• Commission & Pricing: Coverflex positions the Childcare voucher offering with one of the market’s lowest commissions (advertised at ~2% in regional materials), aiming to be cost-competitive versus other issuers.
• Reporting & Records: Company private area stores voucher history, invoices and payment confirmations for accounting and audit purposes; notifications are sent to relevant parties on payment/confirmation.
