The Vtiger Chart of Accounts (CoA) Extension is designed to help accountants and businesses efficiently audit and manage accounting transactions by grouping them into specific categories. This extension provides a comprehensive listing of every account within an organization's inventory, making the grouping of transactions straightforward and offering organized transactions with precise financial data, including taxes. It supports various account types such as Sales, Purchases, Assets, Liabilities, Income, and Expenses, with each account having its own tax type. Sales or Purchase Account transactions can be categorized within Contacts, Organization, Products, and Vendors records. The extension facilitates the creation of custom inventory accounts and offers one-way automatic synchronization from the MYOB AccountRight app to Vtiger CRM. Tax management is enhanced through Individual and Group Tax modes, with options for Organization, Contact, or Item tax modes under Group taxes. The Sales Account field is automatically updated for Invoice transactions based on the tax mode, and the Purchase Account field is similarly updated for Purchase Orders.
