Emails become business cards with SEPPmail

The SEPPmail solution can be expanded to include the “Central Disclaimer Management” (CDM) module to counter the proliferation of email footers that exists in many places. This ensures that all outgoing emails are uniform and that legal policies (disclaimers) are covered in the email signature.

Personalized sender information can also be integrated by linking to external LDAP databases (e.g. Microsoft AD), regardless of the email client used and the selected format (text or HTML). Correct positioning is also automatically ensured (at the end of the reply instead of at the end of the email). Different disclaimers can also be integrated in different situations using rule-based logic. The corresponding allocation is made using the SMTP sender address in the “From” header.
