Candidates can either pay before booking or book before paying, depending on the configuration set by the certification organization. The system also supports voucher codes, allowing candidates to apply discounts during payment, and making certifications more accessible.

Easy Rescheduling and Cancellation

Candidates can reschedule or cancel their exam slots up to a few hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations are eligible for refunds based on the certification provider's policies, with automatic processing of refunds within 5-7 business days.

Automated Notifications and Invoices

Candidates receive automated notifications at each key stage—registration, payment confirmation, slot booking, rescheduling, and cancellation. Invoices are automatically generated and sent via email, with easy access to view and download them directly from the platform.
