The Bone Microarchitecture Analysis (BMA) Add-On is a software module for the Analyze platform, designed to process and analyze microCT data of bone specimens. It automates the segmentation of cortical and trabecular bone regions and generates a comprehensive set of quantitative bone morphometric measurements, supporting pre-clinical research in bone structure and quality assessment.
