Integrates with Microsoft Office

BlackBerry® Desktop easily integrates with your organization’s current investments in on-premises Microsoft® Office or Microsoft® Office 365®. It allows your employees to access their suite of familiar Microsoft Office 365 applications—from email to online document editing—from their personal or non-corporate managed computers.

End-to-end Security

BlackBerry Desktop uses Data Path Controls to securely route traffic through the firewall, and at the same time keeps intranet and any SaaS data secure and containerized. IT can also choose between flexible routing or “whitelisting” of certain URLs and Chromium® extensions for users based on individual/group needs.

Quick Onboarding and Offboarding

IT can onboard any user by providing a simple access key. After activation, the user can access all corporate resources with a single sign-on in a secure environment, separate from all personal apps. At the end of a contract, or in the event of an emergency, IT can wipe all corporate data from the device by removing the entire environment.

Bypass Existing VPN for Optimal TCO

BlackBerry Desktop provides secure remote access to WebRTC clients such as Citrix VDI out of the box without having to download any additional software and with no VPN required.
