Evotix Asset Management provides organisations with a centralised, cloud-based system to register, track, inspect and maintain all workplace assets — from machinery and equipment through PPE to tools. By combining equipment records, maintenance schedules, inspection reminders, and compliance tracking in one unified platform, it ensures that assets are safe, compliant, and ready for use when needed. The module integrates with broader Evotix EHS workflows (audits, risk, incidents) to deliver a full view of asset-related safety and compliance status — reducing risk, preventing defects, and improving operational transparency.

Features and Capabilities

• Asset register & inventory: Maintain a comprehensive register of all assets — machinery, equipment, PPE, tools, lifting gear, etc. Assign assets to individuals or sites, and track their status across the organisation.
• Maintenance & inspection scheduling: Schedule maintenance, tests or inspections (e.g. electrical tests, lifting‑equipment inspections, PPE checks), with automated reminders for upcoming due dates.
• Issue & defect tracking: Log faults or defects, record maintenance history, and track corrective actions through to closure — full audit trail maintained.
• PPE / Equipment assignment management: Issue PPE or other equipment to individuals; track issuance, returns, expiry of inspections or tests.
• Integration with safety workflows: Link assets to audits, inspections, risk assessments, incidents — giving a unified safety and compliance view.
• Mobile & QR/ barcode support: Use mobile devices (even offline) and QR‑/barcode scanning to simplify inspection, assignment, and record‑keeping in the field.
• Dashboard & analytics / BI: Interactive dashboards and business‑intelligence tools surface KPIs, trends, inspection compliance, maintenance backlogs and help drive preventive maintenance.
• Configurability / no‑code workflow: Being part of the broader Evotix EHS platform, workflows, templates, forms and dashboards can be configured without coding — enabling adaptation to different organisations’ asset and compliance processes.
