Aspose.CAD for Java is an advanced native CAD conversion API that works without any external CAD software dependencies. It enables Java developers to load, manipulate and convert a broad range of CAD and BIM formats—such as DXF, DWG, DWT, DGN, IFC, DWF, DWFX, STL, IGES (IGS), CF2, Collada (DAE), PLT, OBJ, SVG, DXB, FBX, U3D, 3DS, and STP—into high-quality PDF and raster image formats. During the conversion process, developers can select specific layers and layouts and monitor rendering progress. The API includes a high-fidelity rendering engine capable of generating precise vector and raster outputs such as GIF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, PSD, BMP, JPEG2000 (JP2), DICOM, WebP, EMF, WMF, SVG, and PDF, without requiring any third‑party libraries or CAD tools. It supports the latest versions of DWG & DXF formats and offers customizable conversion settings including page size, scale modes, draw color and background color.
