Lightcast's Alumni Pathways helps institutions discover where their alumni go after graduation. It provides insights into who employs them, what jobs they are getting, whether they are working in fields related to their program of study, and whether they are staying in state or migrating out of state. This allows institutions to see how their alumni are using their education in the real world. Alumni Pathways provides data on occupations classified by SOC/O*NET code, specific job titles, employers, location, industry, estimated wages, skills, certifications, and other schools attended. This data can be used to improve programs, engage stakeholders, bolster grant proposals, help students set realistic career goals, and engage prospective students by demonstrating alumni success. The Alumni Widget Builder allows you to customize a visual display of alumni career data, embeddable on your website. Through a partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse®, it's easy to match your student records with Lightcast's database of over 120 million individual profiles aggregated from professional portfolio and networking sites. Profile Analytics allows you to compare your alumni’s employment outcomes with those of alumni from competing institutions.
