• Automated enrichment of every report: The Ontology enriches issue reports with vehicle and model context, allowing users to proactively flag known issues, recalls and resolutions across the fleet.
• Clustering from unstructured reports: AIP helps teams extract organization and vehicle-specific components from each report, leveraging Ontology context to transform unstructured descriptions into clustered issues. Users can also leverage AIP to capture and apply feedback on report classifications, improving accuracy over time for returning vehicles to full mission capable (FMC.)
