Control Tower for National Managers:

  • Comprehensive View: Provide a top-down view of the workforce across the network, overlayed with key enterprise metrics such as workforce related overspend, over or under roster, and alignment to employee preferences. Business Leaders gain a macro perspective on the allocation and performance of the workforce, providing insights into the variability of store performance based on configurable business metrics, such as revenue, margin, or efficiency variances.
  • Integrated Workforce Planning: Users with appropriate access can drill down from the national view to individual employee shifts, allowing for detailed analysis and decision-making. This feature ensures that national managers can monitor and adjust workforce planning at a granular level. The best/worst performing stores are highlighted to managers - a view that can be configured based on hours, sales revenue or margin, or other business metrics.

Store Manager Assistant:
