Overview

AIP streamlines the review of critical medical documents by comparing them to compliance standards and previously approved documents, and surfacing potential discrepancies for review. Users can leverage AIP to contextualize text, images, charts, graphs and images across a variety of document types, including SRDs, Custom Respond Documents, FAQs, Prescribing Information, and inputs to Global Evidence Dossiers. Additionally, AIP supports human-in-the-loop compliance document generation, including localization of existing materials for specific geographical and therapeutic requirements.

AIP provides advanced permission infrastructure that protects against unauthorized data access, while also facilitating collaboration on sensitive research and operations data, providing the organization granular control over who has access to what data for what purposes. Organizations are able to host sensitive data in secure environments and leverage AIP’s out-of-the-box security, compliance and data governance features to meet their compliance needs.

Features

  • AI-powered document review: Integrating models like GPT Vision, AIP extracts comprehensive document context, including images and data. Users are able to assess these detailed comparisons between document versions or generate a list of compliance alerts to review.
  • Centralized compliance rule repository: Users can import or create a centralized, versioned library of compliance rules to evaluate documents, encompassing industry regulations and tailored guidelines for specific regions and therapies.
  • Streamlined editing with automated suggestions: Leveraging an approved content Ontology, AIP provides users with suggestions of relevant content for reuse and rephrasing options to better fit guidelines, expediting the document generation process for new materials and localization.
