Overview
AIP Dynamic Scheduling allows users to deploy schedules with modeled constraints that can be defined and altered using intuitive, natural language interfaces. For example, a user might state that "tasks should happen every three hours" or "tasks may only be assigned during employee preferred hours" - and these constraints would be configured, all without the use of code. This application addresses common scheduling challenges such as personnel and task scheduling.
Every subsequent decision is weighed against the configured rules and constraints. The user has visibility into the conflicts and can update schedules accordingly.
Agnostic to the source of existing schedules, including PDFs, spreadsheets and formal data stores, AIP enables configuring schedules with minimal technical experience.
Changes to schedules can also be orchestrated with external systems of action, including:
- Human Resource Information Systems including Workday and Kronos
- Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP, ORACLE, and MAPICS
- Electronic Health, Medical Record systems
- MongoDB, mySQL
- S3, Google Cloud
- MS Projects, Excel, OneDrive
