AIP Maintenance Copilot allows users to leverage real-time quality claims and defect reports, proactively surfacing potentially relevant insights to technicians during investigation. Resolution recommendations are enriched with asset history, fleet-wide issues, previous fixes and relevant documentation to expedite the repair and reduce repetitive maintenance. Dynamic, governed integration of operator feedback enables continual process improvement.
