AIP Smart Alerting and Case Management transforms how engineers across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream sectors manage their physical assets - including well heads, flowlines, separators, pipelines, rotating equipment, compression systems, refinery units, terminals, and more. The AI-powered workflow not only streamlines the detection of anomalies by providing comprehensive context but also incorporates a versatile Case Management system that empowers teams to resolve a greater volume of issues more efficiently, without increasing staff numbers.

  • Real-time Streaming Platform: Sensor data is streamed into AIP in near real-time from any range of sources including SCADA systems OSI Pi historians. This is automatically integrated with unstructured data which AIP agents extract from unstructured data sources, such as equipment P&IDs, maintenance logs, and failure descriptions.
  • Sensor Analytics: Time series data is readily available for analytics and visualization, utilizing best-in-class time-series tooling. Users can instruct AIP to generate specific charts and surveillance dashboards, which are then automatically created. These dashboards are highly performant at any scale, whether it involves sub-second latency or spans decades of equipment history.
  • Smart Alerting: Generate alerting functions for anomaly detection using AI. Users can write alerting logic using natural language, for example “create an alert when the derivative of the compressor inlet pressure 20% greater than its 30-day historical average.”
  • Case Management: AIP incorporates your processes and SOPs from a variety of structured and unstructured sources, as well as user feedback, and can suggest potential resolutions for a human operator to review and approve or reject - leading to investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Automatic Summarization: AI-generated summaries to drive automated reporting to engineers and maintenance crews which streamlines communications between teams to drive to resolution and future prevention.
