Aderant Thrive is designed to help law firms create, monitor, and enforce effective timekeeping policies. Recognizing that a firm's financial performance significantly depends on activities prior to invoice creation, Thrive provides tools to encourage successful timekeeping habits. It measures and provides visibility into each user’s performance, engaging them through gamification practices. Thrive offers interactive reports that provide immediate insight into fee earner performance, including compliance dashboard views and attorney scorecards. This visibility helps firms identify areas for improvement in timekeeping practices and recognize their most compliant timekeepers. The solution allows firms to set up and configure timekeeping policies in a single system, grading fee earners based on the firm’s definition of compliance using a Timescore Grading system. This system rates timekeepers on an “A” to “F” scale, calculated based on the time elapsed between work completion and timecard submission.
Features:
- Interactive Reports: Gain immediate insight into how your fee earners are performing with the reporting capabilities within Thrive. By providing compliance dashboard views, attorney scorecards and more, you’ll know exactly where your attorneys are performing against your timekeeping policy. This level of visibility shows where your firm can improve in their timekeeping practices, and who your most compliant timekeepers are.
- Configurable Policies +Timescore Calculations: Having a time entry policy is step one. Enforcing it is step two, and often the biggest hurdle for firms. Thrive allows you to set up your timekeeping policies in a single solution and configure them to how your users need to enter time. To enforce these policies, Thrive grades fee earners in alignment with the firm’s own definition of compliance, per firm and per policy. The Timescore Grading system rates timekeepers on an “A” – “F” scale, calculated based on the days elapsed between when work is completed and when the timecard is submitted.
