Unlike the free Peer-to-Peer based LGT, the TURN service detects users with connection difficulties and routes them through a relay server, ensuring a stable connection. This service acts as an insurance, activating only when needed to avoid unnecessary bandwidth usage and costs. It offers various bandwidth plans with different durations to accommodate varying user numbers and connection requirements. Users can monitor their bandwidth usage through the 3DVista cloud platform and receive notifications upon reaching 50% and 80% of their monthly allowance, allowing for timely plan upgrades if needed. The TURN service can be used with tours hosted on both personal servers and 3DVista Hosting, providing flexibility and control over bandwidth management.
