This data compression mechanism, based on Binary Conversion Language, means the device sends less data, thereby consuming less energy. These features are optionally available for integration into the open, C-based Device SDK. The solution connects directly with IoT Integrator; data is decompressed and translated back into readable formats, such as JSON, before being forwarded to cloud services, requiring no changes to existing cloud services or backends.
